Whether you’ve taken advice from one of our bra fitters or you’ve ordered your usual bra size, it’s important that you feel your purchase is comfortable and supportive. If once you’ve worn your bra, you feel it’s too uncomfortable, or you are unhappy with it for any reason then we recommend you stop wearing it and contact us so that we can give some further fitting advice or suggest an alternative style

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to refund or exchange items. All we ask is that you return them to us unworn, only tried on once for fit, no perfume, with all the original labels as new. Returns can be accepted up to 28 days please.

Briefs and Swimwear – We are more than happy for you to try on any briefs or swimwear to see how they fit and look however we do ask that you please try these items on over your own underwear in the interests of both health and hygiene. If you need to return them for any reason we are able to accept them as long as they are unworn and still have the tags on. This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. How do I return an item?

The returns procedure is on the back of each invoice you receive.

Please complete the ‘Returns Form’ on the back of the invoice, detach and return in the original parcel along with the returned goods.

PLEASE NOTE: Please put correct postage on returns parcels and we recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting.

You can return goods for an exchange or a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be refunded the same way you paid for the order. Returns will be refunded as soon as possible upon their return. Please allow up to 21 days for your account to be credited.

Additional payment will be needed for exchanges that are higher in value than the returned goods.

Returns Guarantee

We guarantee to refund or exchange goods if you are not entirely satisfied. We ask only that non-faulty items should be returned unworn and with all original tags attached. We would like to ask customers to take care when trying on garments. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Charging for returns

If you can’t get to the post office then you can send the item back without any postage on and we will deduct the price of the postage plus the £1 Royal Mail handling charge from the cost of the returned item.
